Main Components
The main components of the automatic swing tray proofing system include: main frame, main drive system, swing tray mechanism, pusher feeding system, pusher discharging system, circulating air system, heating and humidification system, control system, etc.
Main Frame
The main frame is fabricated from SUS304 stainless steel, welded, and assembled with a matte surface finish. Reinforced and thickened materials are used to ensure high rigidity, stability, and precision.
Main Drive System

Swing Tray Mechanism
- Adopt a precision parallel swing structure with full stainless steel load-bearing trays
- Food-grade silicone anti-slip surface, ensuring hygiene and long service life
- Ensures products remain centered with uniform fermentation and no air bubbles
- Features a dual-end bearing support for stable, vibration-free operation
Integrated Air Handling & Heating/Humidification System
- Proofing chamber air enters the return air chamber and passes through a primary filter to remove large particles
- Heat exchanger connected to an external steam source heats air to 35–40 °C (adjustable per process requirements)
- Dry steam humidifier converts steam into dry steam for humidification, mixes with air, and removes condensate before supply
- Mixed air is delivered into the proofing chamber by axial flow fans
- Chamber air returns through ducts for continuous circulation
- Air ducts equipped with automatic dampers for fresh air intake and exhaust
- Air handling unit constructed with 100 mm polyurethane insulation panels, double-sided 0.6 mm SUS304 stainless steel, rounded joints, and waterproof treatment
- Accurate temperature and humidity control (based on display):
- Temperature: ±1 °C
- Humidity: ±2% RH (no visible water accumulation inside the chamber)
- Supports expansion with mobile and PC-based online monitoring, with built-in temperature and humidity data logging, uploading, and exporting functions
