Designed for medium to large-scale food factories and automated lines, this hamburger bun pan enables high-volume batch production to meet the demands of bakeries, food processing plants, and foodservice operations.

Constructed from aluminized steel through a one-piece deep drawing process, the baking pan features a seamless, easy-clean surface with no corners. The bun molds have a smooth, curved bottom (with optional arc profiles) to maximize contact area, ensuring baked buns are flat, uniformly shaped, and resistant to deformation. High-performance Non-stick coating options are available, including high-performance PFA (approx. 3,000 cycles) and cost-effective Teflon (approx. 1,500 cycles), to ensure excellent food release and superior finished appearance.
