Flat Baking Tray
T-Shine specializes in the manufacturing of custom industrial baking pans for over 20 years. All our baking pans are made from commercial-grade materials and can be customized to your exact size and specification requirements. Surface treatments—including Non-stick Coatings, anodizing, and hard anodizing—are also fully customizable based on your specific application needs.
Material Properties
The flat baking tray is available in aluminized steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel.
Produced by hot-dip coating a low-carbon steel substrate with aluminum. This material combines the strength of steel with aluminum's excellent thermal conductivity and heat resistance, offering balanced performance at a competitive cost.
Stainless steel baking trays are made from alloy steel containing iron, chromium, nickel, and other elements, typically using food-grade 304 or 316 stainless steel. They are known for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
Fabricated by casting or rolling aluminum with elements like magnesium and silicon. To enhance pure aluminum’s softness and reactivity properties, surface treatments such as anodizing or Non-stick Coatings (e.g., PTFE) are typically applied.
