“Changshun” was founded as an industrial baking pan factory, establishing a development direction focused on customized industrial bakeware, addressing market needs through specialized production, and laying the foundation for deep industry engagement.
T-Shine was established in Jinze Town, Shanghai, positioning itself in the mid-to-high-end market and benchmarking against the international industry leader American Pan, marking the beginning of T-Shine 1.0. In the same year, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed with a Swiss company to jointly develop high-end baking-coating technologies, marking the first step toward global technology deployment.
The independently patented T-ReXL high-performance coating completed batch production testing. A high-performance white ceramic coating specifically for cakes was officially launched, successfully meeting the needs of leading customers such as Dali Group, and capturing the high-end market through differentiated, long-life products.
Leveraging outstanding quality and innovative technology, T-Shine became a core supplier in the industrial bakeware sector.
During a period of rapid growth, the company responded to national environmental policies and relocated to the High-End Equipment Industrial Park in Baipu Town, Nantong, Jiangsu. During this time, major changes in the shareholding structure disrupted relocation plans, and some customers temporarily suspended cooperation due to delivery cycles. Facing these challenges, the T-Shine team reorganized the company and upgraded market strategies with a renewed entrepreneurial mindset. Through technological innovation and restructuring customer service, market trust was gradually regained, achieving 150% growth beyond the original scale and marking the launch of T-Shine 2.0. Later that year, strategic partnerships were formed with Panpan Group, Wedome, and others, with T-ReXL applied to complete toast production lines, earning widespread market recognition.
Mass production testing of the T-ReXL was completed. In addition, automated equipment such as laser cutting and welding machines was successfully launched, and multiple innovative machines were independently developed and customized. The factory achieved semi-automation, increasing production capacity by 30% and laying the foundation for industry-leading intelligent manufacturing.
A strategic partnership was established with A1 Food Group to develop innovative process standards, transforming industry precision. Toast box production lines were upgraded, and advanced laser welding machines were introduced, greatly boosting efficiency. A single production line now produces over 10,000 toast boxes daily, pioneering new welding techniques in bakeware manufacturing and enhancing technological competitiveness.
Comprehensive upgrades to automated equipment have been finalized. Innovative processes, such as multi-pan edging and trolley support bars, were implemented, enabling efficient automated welding for specific products. Additionally, ten cold roll forming lines were installed, raising the automation rate to 85% and enhancing production efficiency, which places us at the industry forefront.
In response to customers’ difficulties in sourcing multiple equipment types, T-Shine integrated upstream and downstream companies, launching comprehensive baking solutions and entering T-Shine 3.0, driven by lean management and a focus on high-quality development.
T-Shine further optimized integrated solutions based on customer product line characteristics, covering factory layout and system integration. This promotes one-stop procurement to address mismatches between upstream and downstream equipment and ushers in T-Shine 4.0.
